Sorbets

Sorbets represent the oldest recorded ice cream recipes, and are all water-based. These non-dairy options are made up of 65-75% water, and the rest are sugars and fruit fiber.

We offer a wider variety of sorbets depending on the season. Our fruits chosen are well ripe for maximum flavor and natural sweetness, however our tarter flavors like Grapefruit, Lemon or Cassis are a little more on the eye pinching side.
